Where do we get the personal data from?

  • a customer who hires us for a contracted service,

Why do we process personal data?

To respond to inquiries

We process contact details and information you provide to be able to answer questions, understand the company's needs and follow up on an inquiry.

To enter into and administer agreements

We process data to prepare, enter into and fulfill agreements, administer the customer relationship and communicate with company representatives.

To deliver our services

Data may be processed for invoice management, payment follow-up, reminder management, reporting and other agreed administration.

To comply with legal requirements

Invoice and payment matters

When we perform invoice management or payment follow-up, we may process information about invoices, payments, due dates, company contacts and actions taken.

The processing is used to administer the invoice flow, track payment status, communicate about outstanding payments, and report the status of the case.

Note

When processing is carried out on the instructions of a customer, the customer is normally the data controller for the processing in question. Växjö Hemvård AB then processes the data as a data processor in accordance with agreed instructions.

Suppliers who process personal data on our behalf may only use the data in accordance with our instructions and applicable personal data processing agreements.

We do not sell personal data.

Transfers outside the EU and EEA

We strive to use suppliers who process personal data within the EU or EEA.

If a supplier processes personal data outside the EU or EEA, the transfer must be subject to a lawful transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long do we store the data?

Personal data is not stored for longer than is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, unless we are required to retain it longer by law.

Invoice and payment matters

Saved as long as the case needs to be administered and thereafter in accordance with legal requirements, agreements and applicable statutes of limitations.

Technical logs

Only kept for as long as they are needed for operation, troubleshooting and security.
